FAQ
What is the process of booking an event?
First you will select a date, we then ask for you to provide a headcount, event room selection, time frame, select a food and beverage packages. From there we will construct a contract for your event, we will then take a 50% deposit within 48-hours of signing the contract. Once the deposit is received, your spot is secured!
When do you need a final headcount?
Your final headcount will be due 7 days prior to your event.
How soon in advance do I need to book my event?
We will need at least 10 days in advance to book your event.
Do I have to pay the minimums on top of food and beverage costs?
Short answer is no. Room minimums are to be fulfilled in food and beverage package costs.
What if I do not want to pay for my guests alcohol?
We are happy to offer a Cash-and-Carry Bar where guests will be responsible for their own bar tabs.
How do drink tickets work?
Drink tickets are pre-paid. We will provide drink tickets for the host to hand out to guests. There are two options for drink tickets: $10 – beer, house wine, seltzers, well/house alcohol, $15 – beer, wine up to $20, liquor and cocktails up to $20.
If I cancel my event, do I get a refund for my deposit?
You will only receive a refund for your deposit if you cancel more than 2 weeks in advance.
What if we do not reach our minimum spending requirements?
If you do not reach our minimum spending requirements, you will be charged the balance at the end of your event.
What if I do not want a private event and I just want to make a reservation?
Any party larger than 20 will be required to book as a private event. If your party is smaller than 20 you may call the restaurant to request a regular reservation.
I see that there are 2 and 4 hour options, what if I want a 3 hour event?
We are happy to book 3-hour or 5+ hour events upon request, each additional hour is an additional $1000 added to your minimum spending requirements.
